Wallet
The client wallet is a coin balance inside the exchange: deposits, withdrawals, balance-to-balance exchange, transfers to other clients, cashback. Enabled in Settings → Wallet with a main switch and per feature.
Accounting
Every operation is a double-entry posting: per coin the sum of lines is zero, and the database checks this itself. USDT of all networks is one balance, rubles of all banks are RUB.
Admin sections
| Subsection | What is there | Who |
|---|---|---|
| Withdrawals | Withdrawal requests: “Take for sending”, send manually, enter the hash | “Pay out” permission |
| Deposits | Pool of deposit addresses (uploaded by the owner), ruble deposits by request | “Pay out” permission |
| Wallets | Clients with balances, search by email or wallet number, client card | Staff with access |
| KYC | Client documents: level 1 decided by an operator, level 2 by the owner only | KYC permissions |
| Reconciliation | Does the ledger balance; owed to clients ↔ coins in your wallets | Owner |
| Frozen | Wallets frozen by staff or by the client (“It wasn't me”) | Unfreeze — owner |
Client card
Balances (available and blocked), operation history, KYC level. “Freeze” with a reason is available to operators too: withdrawals and transfers close, pending withdrawals are cancelled. Balance adjustment — owner only, with a mandatory reason, logged.
Withdrawal protection
Each is configured in Settings → Wallet:
- 2FA code required (or an email code if 2FA is not mandatory);
- 24-hour pause after a password, email or 2FA change;
- withdrawals only to address book entries — a new address is confirmed by an email link;
- daily limit;
- “It wasn't me” — a link in every withdrawal email: the wallet freezes, pending withdrawals are cancelled, the owner is notified.
“To balance” orders
A client with an account can exchange “to balance” instead of an address. “Done” on such an order creates money on the balance without a hash, so only the owner sets it — they get a “Balance order awaits the owner” notification.
Wallet verification (KYC) levels
Off by default. Level 0 — email confirmed, 1 — document and selfie, 2 — proof of funds. Each level has its own limit. Enabled in Settings → Wallet → Verification levels.
