Users and visitors
People has two tabs:
- Users — everyone with a completed order or an account.
- Visitors — who came to the site: where from, what they chose, where they got stuck.
Funnel
Visitors → chose a direction → created an order → became clients. Shows the step where people drop off. Period — “Today · 7 days · …” buttons or custom dates.
Person card
Opens in the centre: browsers, account, Telegram, orders and every action in order. The client's trust level is also set here (“Client trust” permission).
Action log
The Action log menu item — every staff action: who did what and when, by section. Nobody can change or delete it, even the owner — the database forbids it. Viewing requires the “Action log” permission.
Logged: order status changes, payouts, viewing client documents, support replies, changes to settings, roles and staff, exports, balance adjustments.
