Mail
Emails to clients
Settings → Mail → Settings: SMTP server for client emails — host, port 465 or 587, login, password, sender address and name (by default the name from Design). The password is stored encrypted; the panel shows only “Configured”. “Check” sends a test email.
Clients receive order emails (address issued, payment received, payout sent) in the order's language, sign-in links and KYC decisions.
Mailboxes on your domain
Settings → Mail → Mailboxes — your own addresses: info@, support@ and any others. For each — where mail goes: the Inbox feed in the admin panel, a “Mail to mailbox” notification, a support ticket.
Receiving works through Resend, without your own mail server: the domain's MX record points to Resend, which reports each email, and the text is fetched with a key. The mailbox page lists which DNS records to add.
Inbox
The Mail menu item with unread counts per mailbox: list, read, reply from the mailbox address, “unread”, “spam”. The “Mail: incoming” permission is owner-only by default.
- support@ → ticket — a client email becomes a ticket, the operator's reply goes out from
support@, the client's answer lands in the same ticket. - Safe — only the text is shown; HTML is neither shown nor stored, attachments are not downloaded (name and size are visible).
