Steps only in order

Statuses change only through allowed steps — the server enforces the same rules:

  • Awaiting payment → “Payment received”, “To review”, “Cancel”.
  • Paid → “Approve payout”, “To review”.
  • Under review → “Checked, paid”, “Checked, to payout”, “Cancel”.
  • Payout → “Paid out” (transaction hash required), “To review”.

Cancel and review require a comment. An order frozen by AML can only be moved by the owner (or a role with the “Change frozen orders” permission).

Order card

On one screen: amounts and rate, addresses and details, status history, AML risk, KYC, the client's payment proof, client rating, order language. Every view of client documents is logged.

  • Payment proof — a screenshot or PDF attached to “I have paid”.
  • Payouts in parts — rubles and yuan can be paid in parts, each with an operation number. The client sees “Paid X of Y”.
  • “Done” only with proof — coins need a transaction hash; rubles need parts covering the full amount and the “recipient verified” checkbox.
  • Sender check — a ruble payment is confirmed only after checking the sender's name.
  • Purchase price — an operator with “Pay out” enters how many USDT one coin cost; deal profit and spread are calculated from it. A price far from the market requires confirmation.
  • Promo code — the code and how much it reduced the fee. next version

  • Automatic address and “Paid” — for coins accepted via Heleket the invoice is issued automatically within seconds and payment is marked by the payment system's response. New statuses “Partially paid” (the client sees how much to add) and “Payout error”. Under- and overpayment up to 1 % pass normally, more goes to review.
  • Auto payout up to a limit — enabled only by the owner with a 2FA code; by default 100 $ per order and 500 $ per day. An order cannot be paid twice. See Payment systems.
  • Auto assignment — Orders → Distribution: a new order gets an owner among online operators — by load or round robin, with a cap of open orders per operator.
  • Export — “Export” button in Orders: XLSX or CSV for the current status, search and period. Requires the “Export orders” permission; every export is logged.
  • Blacklist and card checks — see Reserves and blacklist.
  • Low reserve — if the free reserve is less than the payout, the order is created but goes to review with the reason shown.
