Rates and directions

Settings → Rates — two subsections: Directions and Parsing.

How the rate is calculated

A direction's rate is the median of several sources (exchanges for coins, P2P platforms and aggregators for rubles and yuan) minus the direction fee. Stale prices are discarded. The rate and order total are always calculated by the server, not the browser, and the rate is locked in the order for 15 minutes.

Directions

A list of “we take → we give” with readable names: “Alfa-Bank RUB → BTC”, “USDT TRC20 → Sberbank RUB”. Each direction has:

  • fee (markup) and a “grey” percentage;
  • minimum and maximum amount — the client sees the limits right under the field;
  • enabled / disabled.

Filter on top: coin buttons “Gives” and “Gets”, “All with RUB”.

Bulk edit — select several directions and set fee, “grey” percentage, min and max as numbers. A preview before saving; everything changes at once or nothing.

Parsing

Which sources provide rates for coins, rubles and yuan; when the rate was last updated. If rates stop updating, it shows in System status.

Rate formulas next version

Instead of the median a direction can use a formula:

text
binance:BTC_USDT * 1.02
binance:BTC_USDT * rapira:USDT_RUB
avg(binance:BTC_USDT, bybit:BTC_USDT)

avg, min, max, median and median pairs (BTC_RUB) are available. “Check” evaluates the formula with the latest prices.

Rate safeguard next version

A fallback source (formula or median) and an action if the main one disappears, stops changing for N minutes or drifts more than N % from the median: switch to the fallback or stop the direction. Either way a “Rate error” notification is sent and Parsing shows what triggered.

BestChange position next version

In a direction — the “Rate” button, BestChange tab. The engine keeps your rate at a set place or range in the BestChange listing (default places 1–3, step 0.01 %):

  • step in % or in rate units;
  • markup not below and not above set bounds — never below cost;
  • ignore list of exchangers and minimum competitor reserve;
  • jump protection: the markup changes by at most N pp at a time.

Inside the range the rate is left alone. Only your markup changes — the market rate and statistics stay as they are. Data comes from the BestChange API with a partner program key; the key, your exchanger ID and frequency are in Rates → Parsing. No key or data — the normal direction fee applies and a “Rate error” notification is sent.
