What is OneSwaper
OneSwaper is a ready-made cryptocurrency exchange engine: a website for clients, an admin panel for the owner and operators, a Telegram bot and background jobs (rates, payments, backups, notifications). It runs on your server under your domain.
You can try everything in the demo at demo.oneswaper.com — a time-limited login is issued by the OneSwaper team.

All parts run in Docker on one server. Only ports 80 and 443 are open; the database and API are internal.
Features

- Exchange: crypto, rubles via Russian banks and SBP, yuan via Alipay and WeChat. The rate is the median of several sources minus the direction fee, locked in the order for 15 minutes. Address validation right in the field.
- Order: two steps, receipt with stages, “I have paid” with a payment proof, payouts in parts, auto-cancel of unpaid orders, email and Telegram messages at every step.
- Compliance: AML screening of incoming coins, KYC above a threshold, trust levels, per-card limits, sender name check.
- Support: one queue for the website, chat, Telegram and email; templates, AI reply suggestions, knowledge base.
- Money: statistics, unit economics, net profit including costs, payment reconciliation, reserves.
- Growth: partner program, monitor payouts, BestChange, Exnode and other monitors.
- Control: roles built from dozens of permissions, 2FA, action log, sessions and bans, system status, encrypted hourly backups.
