First run

The engine is installed and you are signed in as the owner. What to set up on day one, in order.

1. Mail

Settings → Mail → Settings: SMTP server, login, password and a sender on your domain. Press “Check” to get a test email. Without mail clients get no order emails and no sign-in links.

2. Telegram

  1. Message @BotFather → /newbot → bot name and username. It sends you a token.
  2. Put the token into .env on the server: TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN=… and restart: docker compose up -d api worker.
  3. Send /start to your bot or add it to a group. The chat ID is in the Bot API getUpdates response: "chat":{"id":…} (group IDs start with -100).
  4. Settings → Notifications: set this chat (and topic if needed), enable, save and press “Check”.

The client bot (exchange and support in Telegram) is a separate service:

bash
docker compose --profile bot up -d bot

3. Rates and directions

Settings → Rates: rate sources, direction fees, limits. Make sure rates update — the last update time is shown there and in System status.

4. Payment systems

Settings → Payment systems: which coins go through which system, Russian banks, daily per-card limits. System keys are entered in the system card.

5. Reserves

Settings → Reserves: how much of each coin you can pay out. Clients and monitors see reserves.

Settings → Legal: terms, privacy policy, AML/KYC policy — in three languages. Clients accept them with every order.

7. Backups

Settings → Backups: check the schedule, press “Back up now” and make sure the copy appears in the list and in Telegram. Save BACKUP_PASSWORD in your password manager.

8. Staff

Settings → Staff: invite operators by email and assign roles. Each sets their own password and 2FA.

9. Design

Settings → Design: colours, font, logo — the site looks like your brand.

10. Test order

Create a small order on the website as a client, process it in the admin panel following the guide and check emails and notifications.
