Health checks and logs

Quick external check

bash
curl -s https://example.com/api/health
statusMeaning
okEverything works
degradedSome part is unstable: e.g. rates have not updated for a while or a backup failed
downSome part is not working

The response also has version — the engine version. Put this URL into an external monitor (UptimeRobot etc.): check every minute that the response is 200 and contains "status":"ok".

System status in the admin panel

System status shows each part separately: API, database, worker, rates, payment systems, bot, backups — with a 90-day availability bar and an incident feed.

Containers

Run on the server from the installation folder.

bash
docker compose ps

All services should be running (Up). Services: db — database, api, worker — background jobs, caddy — web server, bot — Telegram bot if enabled.

Logs

Last 200 lines of a service, then live:

bash
docker compose logs -f --tail=200 api

Instead of api — worker, caddy, db, bot. Logs for a period:

bash
docker compose logs --since 1h worker
ServiceWhat you see
api5xx errors, database connection errors, mail sending failures
workerRate updates, order auto-cancel, notifications, backups
caddyCertificate issuance, connection errors to the API (502)
dbLow disk space, connection errors

Disk and memory

bash
df -h /
free -h
docker system df

Old images after updates can be removed: docker image prune -f. Do not delete volumes (docker volume …) — they hold the database, client documents and certificates.

Staff actions

What staff did — in the admin panel, Action log. Nobody can change or delete it, even the owner.
