Admin panel overview
The admin panel opens on a subdomain: https://admin.your-domain/admin/login. Sign in with email, password and an authenticator app code. Only allowed addresses get in (see Server security).
Interface language
The admin panel interface is in Russian. In this documentation button and menu names are translated; the Russian original is given in quotes where it helps to find the item, e.g. Orders («Заявки»).

Each staff member sees only the sections of their role: the server checks permissions, not just the menu. Counters next to items show what is waiting for this particular person.
Common to all screens
- Dialogs (create, edit, card) open in the centre of the screen.
- “Save” appears only when there is something to save.
- Read only — if the role cannot change a section, a banner is shown and fields are locked.
- Bell — events of your role's sections. A new order, “Client paid”, a client message and a new email pop up as a card in the corner with “Go to order” / “Go to chat”.
- Sound — mode in the profile menu: silent (tab blinks), day, medium or night (loud, three times).
- Status in the profile menu — online / offline: new tickets and orders are assigned only to those online.
- Phone and tablet — the admin panel works on all three screen sizes.
