Reserves and blacklist

Reserves

Settings → Reserves — how much of each coin is available for payouts. Clients see reserves on the home page and monitors see them in the rates file. Also here: the “Why OneSwaper” block numbers and off-site turnover added to the home page turnover.

Automatic reserves next version

  • Per coin: balance, amount held for open orders and free amount.
  • An order holds the payout amount on creation; cancel and expiry release it; payment adds to the incoming coin's reserve; “Done” writes off the payout.
  • Shortage — if the free reserve is less than the payout, the order is created but goes to manual review. Externally the free reserve never goes below zero: at zero the coin disappears from monitor files.
  • Adjustment — income or expense outside orders and an “exactly this much” reconciliation with a mandatory comment; the balance never goes negative.
  • Movement log — holds, releases, payments, order payouts (with links) and staff adjustments.

Blacklist next version

Orders → Blacklist: cards, phones, wallets and accounts, crypto addresses, IPs and subnets, emails. Action on a match:

  • do not create the order;
  • send to manual review;
  • flag in the card.

Checked when an order is created and when payment is confirmed (with the sender address). Bulk import — one entry per line, reason after “;”. Match log and a counter per entry. Permissions “Blacklist — view / edit”.

Client card check next version

Enabled in AML and KYC. A client paying in rubles from a new card sends a photo of it on the order page; an operator approves or rejects with a reason in Orders → Card checks. Payment details are shown after approval; an approved card is not checked again. Every photo view is logged.
