FAQ
For engine buyers
Can I run it on my own server and domain?
Yes. The engine runs on your server under your domain; client data stays with you. See Requirements and Installation.
How many languages does the site have?
Three: Russian, English, Chinese — all client pages, emails and the bot. Legal texts and the knowledge base are also kept in three languages.
Do I need a developer to run the exchange?
No. Rates, directions, payment systems, texts, design, roles and notifications are changed in the admin panel. Connecting monitors needs no developer either.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes — the demo at demo.oneswaper.com with realistic data. A time-limited login is issued by the OneSwaper team.
How do I update?
For now — with a new release archive and the script, see Updating. Updates from the admin panel are coming soon.
What if the server fails?
Database copies are taken hourly, encrypted and can be sent to Telegram. Restore — Backups and restore.
For the exchange owner
How do I give a new operator access?
Settings → Staff → “Add staff”. Add their IP in Sign-in — no server change needed.
Where does the rate come from?
The median of several sources minus the direction fee. See Rates.
Why is profit lower than revenue?
Revenue is before costs. Net profit deducts order costs, partner and monitor accruals and fixed costs. Set them in Costs.
Can I delete an entry from the action log?
No. The action log and money ledger cannot be changed or deleted even by the owner — the database forbids it.
How do I connect BestChange?
Settings → Monitors → BestChange: enable the rates file and apply for listing via the link in the section.
For operators
The client paid but the order was cancelled by timer. What now?
Check the funds. If they arrived, contact the owner: they decide whether to refund or process the exchange with a new order.
The client sent to the wrong network.
Don't pay out. Move the order to “To review” with a comment and write to the client via a ticket.
Why can't I see a section or button?
Your role lacks that permission. Ask the owner.
The order is frozen.
High AML risk. Only the owner (or a role with “Change frozen orders”) can move it.
