Make a payout

Requires the “Pay out” permission. The order is in Payout status.

Coins

1. Open the order, copy the client's address and the payout amount. Check the network (TRC20, ERC20, BTC…) — it must match the direction.
2. Send the coins from your wallet. After pasting, compare the first and last characters of the address.
3. Enter the purchase price — how many USDT one coin cost (if bought for this order). Profit and spread are calculated from it.
4. Press “Paid out” and paste the transaction hash. “Done” is impossible without it.

Rubles and yuan

1. Check the client's card or details and the recipient's name.
2. Pay the amount. A large amount can be paid in parts from several cards: enter each part with its operation number. The client sees “Paid X of Y”.
3. When the parts cover the full amount — tick “recipient verified” and press “Paid out”.

Client wallet withdrawal

Wallet → Withdrawals: press “Take for sending” — the withdrawal is assigned to you; send the coins manually and enter the hash.

Auto payout next version

If the owner enabled auto payout, orders below the limit are paid automatically. The order card shows whether it went out automatically and why not. “Payout error” status — check the card: a retry is confirmed with a 2FA code.

Don't pay twice

Before re-sending, make sure the first payment did not go through: block explorer, bank history. If it did but the order is still open, enter the first payment's hash.
